As with most downloadable software, purchases made in our games (in-app purchases) are generally not refundable. However, exceptions are possible in some cases. The purchasing process is controlled by Apple (for iOS devices) or Google (for Android devices), and both companies have support teams that handle claims for reimbursement.
For Apple (iOS) devices:
Go to Apple Support and select "Contact iTunes Store Support" then "Purchase, Billing and Refund" and select the option that best suits you.
For Google (Android) devices:
Access Google support and search or use the "Contact Us" option to communicate with a member of Google's support team by email or phone.
