Reinstall the game on my mobile device

If you encounter errors and bugs, it may be useful to reinstall the game so that everything works fine again. Why don't you give it a try?

If you play on an Apple device (iOS)

1. Press the Home button to exit the game
2. Locate the game icon, then touch it until it shakes
3. Tap the X in the corner of the icon and agree to delete the application
4. Restart your device
5. Open the App Store and download the game
6. Log in to the game with your username and password
7. Start the game

If you play from an Android device (Google)

1. Open the Settings application on your device
2. Tap Applications or Application Manager
3. Tap the application you want to uninstall. You may need to scroll down the page to find the application
4. Press Uninstall
5. Restart your device
6. Open Google Play and download the game
7. Log in to the game with your username and password
8. Start the game
