This display issue can have several causes
1. An issue with your internet connexion
If you are playing from a computer: try connecting your computer to your modem using an ethernet cable rather than a wifi connection. Indeed, your WiFi connection is more sensitive to interference of all kinds that could degrade the signal quality.
If you are using a tablet or mobile phone: use your own wifi connection instead of a public wifi or 3G or 4G network. A public connection can be subject to disruptions that you do not control, and that are often more difficult to troubleshoot and resolve.
2. The terminal you are using is not up to date
Be sure to use the latest version of the operating system available for your mobile device, as well as the latest version of Virtual Regatta.
3. The terminal you are using is incompatible with Virtual Regatta
This last possibility needs to be considered seriously if you have carried out the checks indicated in the two previous points without being able to visualize the weather in game. This issue is related to certain models in particular.
Unfortunately, Virtual Regatta is not compatible with some specific or older mobile devices, and we are doing our best to reduce this list so that we can play again.
