How do I send you an update about an existing request?
If you need to send us additional information about an existing request, please respond to the confirmation email you received (see above), or to any response our support department sends you afterwards. Please do not create another request via the form, as our system will believe you created a separate request, and this will only increase the delay of treatment.
Can I email you directly instead of using the form?
If you email us directly without using the form, our system will simply ignore your request and send you an email explaining that you have to use the form. So please, use the form, it is a guarantee that we will see your request and respond to it as soon as we can.
