Where can I check the team ranking?
It can be found in the rankings screen, on the top left of the screen where the VSR Offshore indicator is, on the home screen.
Then just select the “VSR Offshore Team” tab to check the team rankings.
The “VSR Offshore Team” shows the results for teams that have accumulated the most points.
Race results that are considered for the team ranking are based on 100% of the points acquired over the last 12 sliding month period and 50% of the points acquired on the previous 12 sliding month period. (From 24 to 12 month 50%, then 12 to 0 100%)
Race results dating back more than 24 months are not factored for the team ranking.
How can my team be ranked in the team ranking?
For a classic race:
The results taken into account for the team's ranking are the results of the ten best players within the team.
At least ten team members need to cross the finish line.
- If the team sports more than ten players, only the results from the ten best are considered in the team ranking.
- If the team sports less than ten players, no results will be taken into account for the team ranking and it won't be ranked.
Even if the number of players within a team fluctuates during a race, the team composition that is taken into account for the team ranking (therefore the team members whose results will be considered) is fixed at mid-race.
Only players who were present and ran the first half of the race will be taken into account for the team ranking.
Therefore the ten players who need to cross the finish line for results to be considered need to have run the first half of the race.
For instance, if your team only has 9 members during the first half of the race and other players join the team during the second half of the race, your team won't be shown in the team ranking.
For a multiple leg race:
The same team ranking eligibility rules apply, the only difference is the team composition is fixed halfway through the first leg of the race.
