Our confidentiality procedures are very strict: your password is encrypted, no one can access it (not even us!) and it can only be modified by the owner of the account to which it is linked.
When you create your account, a randomly generated password is sent to you by email. This password is used to log in to the game until you change it.
Whether you use the automatically generated password, or another one you changed it to, it is strongly recommended that you remember it and do not share it with anyone. We will not be able to send it back to you.
If you lose your password, you can request a new one by clicking the "Reset my password" button on the log in screen.
Once your request is confirmed, a new password is emailed to you immediately. This new password is the one you need to use to log in. We strongly suggest that you change it after you successfully log in.
If you do not receive your password after a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder; your password reset email is almost certainly waiting for you there.
If your spam folder is empty, make sure you typed your email address correctly.
If you still do not receive anything after checking this, it is very likely that your email service provider blocks emails coming from the virtualregatta.com domain name. You should get in touch with your email service provider in order to troubleshoot the issue.
