If you encounter this problem, try the following:
Make sure you're using a compatible device (you can find this information in the game description on the App Store or Google Play).
- Make sure that your device's operating system is updated to the latest version
- Check the storage capacity of your device
- Uninstall the application completely
- Close all open applications
- Restart your phone or tablet, it will clear some memory
- Download and install the latest version of the Virtual Regatta Offshore application
- Start the application and log in
If the problem persists despite these manipulations, it is because this is an anomaly in the application. In this case, our on-call development team is already alerted and working on an emergency update. Keep the application installed and wait until the next update appears, which shouldn't take too long.
