If you or someone who has access to your device has never played our game and if you think a fraudulent purchase has been made on your account, you should immediately contact Apple (if you have an iOS device) or Google (if you have an Android device). They are the ones who control the transaction process.
For Apple devices (iOS):
Access the Apple support "Contact iTunes store support" then "Purchase, billing and refunds" and select the option that fits with your situation the best.
For Google devices (Android):
Access the Google support and run a search or use the "Contact us" option to talk to a Google support agent through email or phone call.
If you have already contacted Google or Apple for possible fraudulent purchases and they recommended contacting us, follow the link in the bottom of this page. Please include all of the specific details, such as what happened exactly and when, bills with transaction IDs, screenshots, etc.
