The black screen issue

What to do if you get a black screen when logging into the game from a computer? This issue happens when you play from a computer, specifically using Chrome as your browser.

In order to solve this issue, open the Chrome Settings panel, then Advanced, then System, and find "Use hardware acceleration when available" and disable it.

When this is done, either refresh the page or restart Chrome.
