eSail4VR is a routing application built for Virtual Regatta, published by an independent company. It is the only external app that Virtual Regatta allows to connect to the game to send its routings and steer your boat. It connects to your account to help you plan your navigation.
What it does
eSail4VR computes a route from the weather, your boat and your options (equipment, Full Pack, subscription). It shows your boat, your competitors and the wind, and suggests the track to follow. It is available on iOS, Android, macOS and Windows.
Free version and subscription
Without a subscription, you can follow the race and compute routings; you then enter the points yourself in Virtual Regatta's programming interface.
With a subscription, the app unlocks expert mode and can send your programmed changes straight to the game, with no re-entry.
